Part 75, whether primary or secondary. Accordingly LivePornCamx holds no age-verification or identification records — there is no broadcaster relationship here out of which such records could ever be created.
Why that is the case
Every moving image on this site is a live stream originating from Chaturbate, a third-party broadcasting service. LivePornCamx does not film, produce, create, edit, upload or store any of it. What this site does is read the rooms Chaturbate publishes through its official partner feed and list them; playback runs from Chaturbate's own servers.
Who holds the records
Chaturbate verifies the age and identity of every broadcaster before that person is allowed to go live, maintains those records itself, and publishes its own 2257 compliance statement. Any request for records must go to it:
